1. Introduction and Service Agreement

2. Product Authenticity and Use

a. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all audio products sold on Active Life Gears are 100% genuine and authentic, sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or replica goods.

b. Product Specifications

While we strive for accuracy, product images, technical specifications (e.g., battery life, impedance, water resistance rating), and descriptions are based on information provided by the manufacturer. We do not warrant that all specifications are completely error-free.

c. Product Warranty

All electronic products are sold with the manufacturer’s original warranty. Active Life Gears will assist in the initial process of warranty claims, but the final decision and servicing are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions in Pakistan. Physical damage, damage from improper use, or water damage (unless explicitly rated) are generally not covered.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Payment

a. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. The total price at checkout is the final price, including applicable taxes.

b. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel your order at any time after receipt for reasons including (but not limited to) inventory availability, errors in pricing, or detection of fraudulent activity.

c. Cash on Delivery (COD)

By selecting COD, you agree to pay the full amount of your order to the courier upon delivery. Failure to accept or pay for a COD order may result in restrictions on future purchases.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

a. Delivery Responsibility

We utilize third-party courier services for nationwide delivery. While we aim for prompt dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

b. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the courier partner. However, we assume responsibility until the product is successfully delivered to your specified address.

c. Inspection of Goods

You are responsible for checking the exterior packaging upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, you should note the damage on the courier receipt or refuse the package before accepting it.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

The following is a summary of our policy. Detailed terms are in our separate Returns & Refund Policy:

Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
For hygiene and quality assurance, headphones and headsets must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging with all accessories and protective films intact. Used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds will be processed in PKR and are contingent upon the successful inspection of the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on activelifegears.store, including text, graphics, logos, images, product data sheets, and software, is the property of Active Life Gears or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or utilize our content without explicit written permission.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Karachi.
